ESR – Horizontal Centreline Pump-OH2

Horizontal end suction ESR pumps are designed to service application in API  and Power Generation Industry.

For API industry ESR pumps fully comply to API610 the latest edition specifications as OH2 centreline mounted pump. Their robust design provides safe and reliable operation for the Oil & Gas markets for handling hydrocarbon products.
ESR are designed to provide optimum solution on lower flow and higher head requirements. Complete pump hydraulic is optimized by using Computer Fluid Dynamics software (CFD). The mechanical seal and seal flush piping plans are fully engineered in order to provide the safest, reliable and most economical solution to client. All API 682 piping plans are available. Special design is available to meet client requirements.

VIL- Vertical In-Line Pump OH3, OH4, OH5

Vertical In-Line pumps, VIL, are designed as a single stage single or double suction pump whenever space saving is critical for installation for Oil and Gas and Power Generation Industry. For Oil and Gas Industry pump program follows the latest API 610 edition as OH3, OH4, and OH5 pump type.

Pump hydraulic components are fully optimized by using CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamic) software having low NPSH. Mechanical seal and seal chamber design meets API 610 and API 682 requirements. All API 682 flush piping plans are available and are fully engineered to provide safe, reliable and economic solution. Pump nozzle design meets 2 x API nozzle load requirements. Special designs are available to meet customer requirements.
